Which places would be the best to vacation to?

I’m stationed in Guam right now. I have the opportunity to travel all over the world, and I’m trying to think of the best places to check out thats not too pricey (keep it below $2500).
I’m going to Australia this November with a buddy of mine, and next year I’ll be in Hawaii, the Philippines, and I was thinking of going to Africa for a Safari… but it may be a bit complicated to do that due to getting on the required vaccinations and stuff.
Definitely wanting to check out Japan & Beijing. Friends are suggesting Fiji too, but I don’t know…
I’ll be Scuba diving qualified here in a month or two, and so it brings more of a variety of fun activities to do (I also want to go Cage diving and see Great White Sharks).
For those whom know of any good places to see in the world, or have experienced in your lifetime, what would you recommend?

If it from a diving point of view you need to go to Truck Lagoon, Yap and Palau which are all a bit pricey but not too far from where you are stationed now. Philippines has some good diving and is cheap but because it is made up of so many islands getting around is an all day effort – flight, taxi, bus, ferry, taxi. Hawaii is another expensive place but good diving.
If not diving go to Thailand.
I’d rather go to New Zealand than Australia.
Fiji is OK.
It is not such an ordeal getting required vaccinations for S. Africa and there you get the chance to dive with the Great Whites.
Think about Central or S. America.
I’ve done a couple of Around The World trips and in 18 months I spent $30,000 on flights, hotels, diving, beer and other costs – of course it can be done cheaper.
